This report is about the
interview between the staff no:H00004724. Mr.Hedley was chairman of the panel.
Mohammed Ahmed is here to apply for a job as a chemical engineer in our
company. Mohammed Ahmed started the interview by talking about himself starting
with his studies and activities in his normal life. Mohammed Ahmed is twenty
years old. He studies in the Higher College of Technology in Abu Dhabi. He
likes to go to the gym regularly;he likes to stay in shape;he also likes to do
other sports such as swimming in the pool , football and sometimes volleyball.
He gained some work experience from summer jobs he did in the past 3 summers.
Mohammed says he can work under pressure because he used to work in high
temperatures during his summer job which he says is hard and he got a lot of
pressure so he is used to it. Mohammed came to our company today after knowing
the promising salary we provide. Also Mohammed Ahmed is a hard worker because
he has got a lot of Certificates of Appreciation from his previous job . Mahammed
asked our staff about the salary he will get and they replied that the salary
will be 10 thousands per month; at the end he was wondering when he’ll get a
reply about acceptance in the job.
